How do I get access to Office 365?
You can access office 365 applications when you Sign in (or go to www.office.com) with your saints email address (userID@saints.mw ) in the format of first 4 letters of your first name and first 4 letters of your surname-one sentence). If you haven’t installed Office 365 apps yet, you can use online office 365. Self-sign up is not enabled for SAIntS students. You can as well visit the school website www.saints.mw and go to SAIntS webmail and log in


What devices can I use Office 365 on?
Office 365 supports PCs and Windows tablets running Windows 7 or higher, and Macs with Mac OS X 10.6 or higher. Office for iPad can be installed on iPads running version 7.0 or higher.


What should I do if logging in is not successful?
Office 365 email log in password is CASE sensitive. If you try logging in 3 unsuccessful times you will be locked out or you will get an access denied message. Please contact support@saints.mw for technical assistance. A new log-in password will be automatically generated and forwarded to your personal email account asap.


What should I do if there are no collaboration or content pages, or if my personal section is missing?

Firstly try refreshing the page.
If this doesn’t work then contact your subject teacher (first initialsurname@saints.mw) who will remove you from and then re-add you to the class. This will require you to then accept an invitation to the class again.


What should I do if my classes are taking ages to load?

  • Refresh the page
  • Change internet browser if possible
  • Check your bandwidth provision – you may need to come back to it later when internet speeds are better.

What should I do if my account is blocked?
Account may be blocked if:

  •  Student has left SAIntS or graduated;
  •  Student has been expelled from school;
  •  Student has or may have fees balance – please check with the following:
  •  Our accounts office | 0310 000 436
  •  Head of Year | 0310 000 539
  •  Technical Support | 0310 000 435

How do I Open O365 Apps?
You can open and access Apps using the Office App Launcher as in the screen below


How to Open OneNote Student App

Teachers will add their students onto their virtual online classes and an email invitation will automatically be sent to the individual students respectively.
Student(s) will simply need to open the email invitation email link from the subject teachers and open the OneNote App


Where will I get Online resources?
Subject teachers will share online resources using the OneNote App to either individual students or to the whole class using:
Collaboration space or Content Library or Private student space
Or Teachers will share resources using OneDrive Storage space to their Students / Classes


What to do if you can’t find your online class / subject?

What do I do if I am not added to O365 OneNote / Teams?

Your subject teacher will invite you to the Apps.
However, you can contact the relevant head of department: Email: first initialsurname@saints.mw or your subject teacher if you are not part of a class you were expecting to be in.


What do I do if I am getting access denied or error message when accessing Office Apps?
When you are failing to access O365 Apps after being enabled:

IT Support will look into your App license.


What do I do if I don’t have a School Email Account?
Please send an email Account Request to: Email: office@saints.mw | Phone: 0310000537


What do I do if I want to reset my password or Account is blocked?
Please send an email Account / Password Request to: support@saints.mw


What happens to Office 365 after I Leave SAIntS?
Your Office 365 subscription through SAIntS ends upon leaving SAIntS.

  •  You may use other generic emails available.
  •  You should make sure to transfer all your files from your SAIntS OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to leaving SAIntS.
